Post Pregnancy Health & Centrum Giveaway

Look after your baby, look after yourself!

During my pregnancies I have always been sure to take vitamins to guarantee that baby is getting everything they need from me while they grow big and strong for their grand entrance. Once the baby has been born (on both occasions) I have been a little slack on looking after myself afterwards and it did make me poorly. It's no surprise with a new baby that we perhaps don't have chance to create the most exciting of meals or make time for ourselves, so it's really important to keep our vitamins stocked up, not just for baby if you are breastfeeding but also for you. I had a severe vitamin D deficiency after my second baby and got to the point that my bones were very painful. I was really worried about what it could be, then slightly relieved when it turned out to just be a deficiency. I should have kept up with my vitamins and stayed healthy, but for some reason second time round I got out of the routine and totally neglected my own health whilst busying myself with two children.

Centrum have a brilliant range of supplements to keep us all healthy. One of their best products has to be their Post Pregnancy supplements that have been specially developed for new mums, to provide them with everything they need to care for themselves as well as baby. These tablets are packed with goodies; Vitamin D which is so important for Mum, as well as baby's bone development. There is also vitamins C & A which help the immune system and B2/B3 that help to reduce tiredness (very much needed) as well as biotin, zinc & selenium which all contribute to healthier skin, hair and nails. If you are breastfeeding or planning on it, then these will be a huge help to ensure you keep yourself in tip top condition and have a little more energy - much needed for those night feeds.

Looking after yourself is just as important as looking after your baby, so get entering for this brilliant prize!
