Wearing & shopping this May
We've had some amazing weather this month which prompted me to have a bit of a wardrobe overhaul. I was so sick of feeling over heated in all black or jeans so enough was enough! You can read more about that here. I'm actually quite liking the clothing around at the moment, some of the shapes, patterns and styles are quite me, well the me that is a bit more adventurous so I'm looking forward to some more shopping and updating my wardrobe even more.
Pinafores have featured quite heavily again this month as well as floral embroidery and bizarrely some lighter brighter colours and patterns. Here's a few favourites from this month, some I have already and some I just love.

I actually have the flamingo and mermaids dressed which were just £4 each from Primark and have been amazing nighties and easy to wear around the house and garden in the heat recently. I love the Bardot style tops too and am slowly embracing a little more colour and pattern. The final outfit, a pinafore with striped top from Matalan has been my favourite purchase recently and I've worn it loads with various tops. I know it's black but it is just a perfect staple for me and I can wear it all year round!
