Skincare: INFINatura Cura Oil Review

INFINatura Cura Oil

Since hitting my 30's, it's safe to say I've been a little obsessed with skincare. Lack of sleep, getting old(er) and a whole heap of other factors means my skin just simply doesn't look it's best. Despite looking better with an improved routine and dedication to removing makeup before sleeping (I never used to!), there is always room for improvement and I love trying new products out to see what works, especially on those fine lines.

I've gone through heaps of lotions & potions and I think as long as you use products regularly, you will usually see a slight difference with most things. I had some success recently with a skin oil, so when I was asked last month to review INFINatura Cura oil, I really wanted to try it out as I was suffering with spots again on my face (33 years old damn it!) as well as a tired looking complexion. I also have pretty dry hair and super dry hands so lots of reasons to try this wonder oil out.

INFINatura Oil, is a 100% natural oil that is apparently clinically proven to reduce our wrinkles and help with skin problems such as Psoriasis and Acne in a pure and natural way. This oil contains a blend of 8 natural and gorgeous smelling oils including Camellia, Argan, Red Mandarin, Bergamot, Sunflower, Crambe Abyssinica, Geranium and Vitamin E with lots of named benefits for normal, sensitive and damaged skin. I think I'm a mixture of all three and on starting this trial, my skin was not great and although covers well with makeup, it couldn't hide the lumps, bumps dryness and lines too well. I really hoped this would help!

This product contains 'Squaline' which is the magic ingredient for reducing our wrinkles by helping to plump the skin, replacing our natural production of squaline which reduces when we hit our 20's, that explains a lot doesn't it? This is also meant to help sooth and improve problems like acne due to it's antibacterial properties. Every little helps right? 90% of people tested in the clinical trials of this product saw a reduction in wrinkles, 78% a reduce in psoriasis and 67% saw an improvement in cases of acne too. This product is also suitable for use on hair!

My trial

On starting this trial, my skin was super dry around my forehead and nose area, I had many bumps and pimples and deep lines around my eyes. I'm pleased to say that my skin does generally look a lot clearer. The dry skin on my face is no longer anywhere near as dry and no longer a problem, making makeup application a lot easier! I wasn't expecting to see a difference in terms of wrinkles in all honesty, but my skin is definitely way more plumped and healthy looking with continual use. I can't believe the difference it has made and just wish I had taken before and after pictures as I'm pretty sure it would be visible to others. I haven't had a single break out since using this which is unheard of, especially during my 'monthly' cycle.

I was very hesitant to try another oil as most I find far too 'oily' (no surprise I know) and I'm not a fan of feeling 'greasy' especially at bed time as I just associate that with getting spots. After a day or two though I was used to going to bed with a slightly oily face and in the morning my face felt really lovely. Although any excess does need to be wiped off sometimes before applying makeup (for me anyway), this does help to make an excellent base to your skin meaning I required less cover up, no exfoliation as the dry skin had simply gone and I used less foundation as there is now just less to cover in terms of blemishes. Since my skin has improved with this I've been using foundation without the need for concealer! I have tried this on my hair and after a good mask treatment it does leave your hair feeling softer and healthier too, I'm mega impressed!

All in all I have been very pleased with this product. I always worry things won't work as hoped but I think this actually lived up to my hopes and then some, as I can see a difference in my skin and hair within just a few days. I've been really happy and surprised with this trial and I would definitely recommend it as an addition to your routine for skincare, it saves me time and money in other areas so is well worth it!

INFINatura Cura Oil costs 34.99 for a 100ml bottle, which you can buy this online at www.infinatura.com. A little really goes a very long way, so I should think this would last you a long time, making it a really good price for an effective product that not only smells divine but certainly does deliver on results too.
