Lottie Dolls >> Muddy Puddles Doll Review

I posted last week about our fab new ambassadorship with Lottie Dolls and mentioned that we would be reviewing a doll of our choice, which was the gorgous 'Muddy Puddles' Lottie doll, with Astro Adventures accessory pack.

You can also win one of these dolls by entering my giveaway right below this post!

As I mentioned last week, Soph loves her dolls and has a pretty good collection now. I was intrigued to see if she would treat Lottie any differently and enjoy playing astronauts with her. When the set arrived we were super excited to see Lottie and her kit for some new adventures with Soph. Lottie is a great size at just 18cm tall, looks like a child instead of a busty twenty something (love this!) and wears the sweetest clothes. Here's our doll and accesories in all their glory;

The doll arrived just before Soph's birthday last month, so she had her as a super early morning birthday surprise, hense the bed hair in this following picture! Check out that happy smile though, she loved Lottie at first sight.

I adore Lotties outfit, especially her gorgeous coat and wellies which I would totally wear myself! Otherwise, her little outfit is just like what Sophie wears and as much as she has liked playing astronauts, she much prefers her coat off, wellies off 'just like me Mummy'. Pretty adorable right? It's kind of nice for her to have a doll that's more like a friend than a 'Mummy doll' as she calls her others.

Lottie has been on all kinds of adventures since coming to live with us and has certainly been put through her paces! I'm not really sure Soph notices much difference with her as she just loves them all, but think instead it's nicer to see her play with something that doesn't send her any mixed messages at such an impressionable age. I like that she is a puddle jumping little doll that can do anything as opposed to the normal dolls that suddenly feel so grown up.

Soph sure loves her Lottie Doll and she has fitted right into the playroom as a new favourite. We would definitely love to explore some more from the Lottie range and as a parent I think they seem a lot 'safer' to play with, though I didn't think this was something that would bother me one bit before.

You can read all about Lottie on the website, but please do enter my giveaway below to be in with a chance of winning your very own Lottie!
