Rainy Day Play With Super Wings Toys

I posted recently about our summer ambassadorship with Super Wings and as part of this partnership, the kids get to try out some of the brilliant merchandise that's out there for even more Super Wings fun. They really do think I have the BEST job!

If you missed my original post, you can read that by clicking right HERE, where you can also enter a competition to win your own toys from Super Wings, see a clip from the show and read all about the show if you're not familiar with it yet.

New toys on rainy days in the summer holidays has been an absolute godsend and the kids have really enjoyed exploring these, with their favourite being some transforming planes. I loved my transforming toys when I was little so I can totally get their fascination, especially as they can then pretend to zoom these round the room.

Here's the toys we've been trying out so far;

The airport has lots of features for kids to explore, from the spinning 'propellers' at the top, two slides, fold out doors and lots more. My two have really enjoyed playing out little adventures with this and using the mini transforming planes to play our their favourite storylines.

The toys are really robust. My two are very heavy handed, don't play in a calm fashion and tend to be a bit rough with toys so really put them through their paces. We've had no breaks and they are the sort of plastic that just goes on for years. Better still, it folds away and the slides detach when play is finished, so it's easy to store too.

The remote control Jett has lots of fun, with toddler proof controls. He spins and zooms around, the kids have loved playing with it and taking it in turns to knock things down with him or raid the airport! I love seeing them play and all the fun stories they create.

These toys have been fab so far and we are really enjoying our #SuperWingsSummer! Later this month we will be holding a Twitter party too so I'll keep you posted with more info on that. These fab toys are all available right now at Smyths Toys.
