In a wet and frosty February, what better than a bit of virtual shopping for our homes. I thought I'd share some of my favourites this month from Wayfair.co.uk, that all all add a bit of warmth, fun or practical storage to the family home.

This gorgeous bedspread is top of my list. Bed spreads are SO versatile and keep your bedding fresh underneath throughout the day, so it's clean and comfortable for bed time. Not only is this super stylish and easy to compliment with other colours and textures, but it will add much needed warmth on those cold winter nights.

This rug is a real statement piece without dominating the room. The colours are pretty neutral and it fits perfectly into modern or throwback design styles. This rug cleans up super easily, hoovers off well and really is a great fit in a family setting. I love it!

This console table is so much fun, looks gorgeous but has decent practical storage right where you need it - perfect for family hallways to keep those keys and school essentials safely tucked away. Topped with some bright quirky accesories, this table would be a beautiful addition for your home.

This book case is a must have for families with small children and is such a bargain too. Finding storage for all those many toys and books without spoiling the look of the home can often be a challenge, but with a case like this you can add baskets, stack books and make it a real hub of the family home.

This has to be my favourite right now for kids beds/bedrooms. The simple structure doesn't clog a room or take up much needed space, but brings ALL the fun. With a few sheets this could be the ultimate playhouse and it's just a beautiful simple design.
