Mama Style || Leopard Print Winter Clothing & Home

I've always been a lover of leopard print, so when it comes into fashion again I'm always a happy bunny. This year it's everywhere again and I'm loving it. Although all worn a once is a bit Kat Slater (Eastenders if you don't know the reference), a touch of leopard in an outfit really gives it a lift and I thought I'd share some current online shop fashion finds and even some leopard accessories for your home if you want to live the leopard dream to the fullest.

I'm on the hunt for a leopard bobble hat and this Adidas one (below) is high on my wish list! With a subtle strip of pattern and a soft pink logo, it complements the black so well without being too in your face. The coat from River Island is quite full on (bottom right), but it's the most perfect shape, it has a belt and fluff, so it's basically my perfect coat, roll on the sales! The shoes and sweaters are beautiful and I love the idea of a simple slice of patterned print on the leggings. I love my backpacks too, so the next one may just have to be sporting some leopardy goodness seeing as my Kanken backpack has broken, sob...

When it comes to the home, leopard print is much more Marmite, but it doesn't have to be everywhere. Although you can pick up wallpaper in an animal print and no doubt carpet too, I much prefer a blanker canvas with touches of colour and pattern that can easily be changed, such as the faux fur rug, cushion and bathroom towels. With Christmas on the horizon, I couldn't leave out this perfect leopard bauble and the carafe set which would be a great gift. The lamp though is in a blue shade which is much more subtle pattern wise, but the chair is a really feature to show off. Isn't it cute? So it goes to show you can have the pattern you love in your home without looking like some kind of Dallas reject.
