Outdoor Summer Savings
I posted recently about our Summer garden and how I am trying to transform it into a more family friendly space, accommodating for the children's combined love of play and Alf's new found love of gardening.
As well as our mini garden being a safe haven for the little ones, I really want to enjoy the outside space for us grown ups too. Once A&S have gone to bed, it would be really lovely to sit outside, enjoy a nice cocktail (or two) on a Friday night with Adam and look out at our pretty garden.

Aldi have once again come to the rescue, offering us a few of their brilliant summer garden range samples (in store from the 19th June) to help spruce things up. If you haven't been into store recently then you have no doubt missed the fab range of bargains out already for our gardens this year, as well as their brilliant selection of drinks to kick back with on a warm Summers night. The best though, is yet to come.

Now for something a little fruitier! My favourite cocktail of all time is the WooWoo which you can find the recipe for below. If you are having a summer party this year or simply like to relax in the evening with a tall glass of something pretty, then Aldi have the most amazing range of super affordable spirits that you can view here.
As well as the great range of spirits, wines, beers and ciders, there are also one of my favourite Aldi buys - their frozen cocktails! If you haven't tried these you are really missing out, they are basically adult slushies and nothing tastes better on a warm evening after a hectic day.

Woo Woo Cocktail
You will need;
25ml Peach Schnapps
25ml Vodka
100ml Cranberry juice
Dash Lime cordial (to taste)
Ice
Cocktail shaker
Large glass
Stirrer
Method;
Fill your glass with ice (preferably crushed)
Add liquids to cocktail shaker if you have one, if not prepare in a seperate glass
Shake/Mix
Pour over ice
ENJOY!
