Hearty Crafts For Kids
With Valentine's Day coming up next month, I've scoured Pinterest for some of my favourite kids crafts to help then learn about the day or create gifts and images for someone special. As a mother of two, aged two and five, I think these crafts have something to suit kids of all ages from simple printing to baking. If you click on the links below the image you can view the tutorials from the super clever original creators and learn how to do these yourself.

It just goes to show that crafts and gifts really don't have to be expensive, with most of these being possible from just scraps alone. I love the little hanging hearts from Mum In The Mad House and the Pom Pom bouquet most of all, aren't they gorgeous? I really like the idea of incorporating something they love such as the TNMT heads into a heart shape to tie it in with the V Day theme, so cute and could be used to make cards or used as gift labels or bunting.
I think most kids love baking so the Valentine's Day cookies would go down a storm and would be really fun to make. I know that me and the kids are going to love working our way through these crafts to give to their loved ones and friends over the next few weeks.
