Home Style || Bringing The Outside In

Much like the tropical stylings that are popular right now, the idea of bringing the outside in, is one that never fails to be present throughout the year. With softer warmer tones in autumn/winter, to brighter fresher hues in spring and summer, the idea of embracing nature in our homes never gets old and it can be as subtle or as all out leaf living as you like.

If you're a fan of a plant print when it comes to home furnishings and art work, now is the perfect time to pick up something bright to make a feature in your favourite space. You may want to opt for an adventurous forest feature wall or maybe even give your little one a fun adventure bedroom, making them feel closer to nature and inspiring their imaginations.

Whatever your take on bringing the outside in, there are so many options out there and some great inspiration all over sites like Pinterest if you're short on ideas.

Here's a few of my favourites when it comes to nature in the home, be it real life, printed or the next best thing.

Grass rug Grove wallpaper Plant cushions House plant Bed tent Kids wall sticker Star projector Succulents Mural

I love the idea of making bed time super cosy with a camping like feel for kids. With a star projector and pop up bed tent, you'd have a really magical sleepy setting to head off on those dreamy adventures.

You can't get fresher than plants, so whether that's in the form of real house plants, wall art or even a whole wall of paper or mural decoration, there are plenty of ways to bring life to the indoors.

Would you embrace any of these outdoor ideas in your home?
