My 2016 Bucket List

A quarter of the way through the year already and I think it's just about time to think about what to do with the rest of it.

My yearly bucket list is a bit similar to having new years resolutions, but these are things to encourage me to strive to achieve more, rather than resolutions which tend to be trying not to do something, then giving up after a few feeble days.

This past year has been life changing for me for so many reasons and it has given me the confidence to set goals and dreams that I can gradually work hard to make happen.

I'd like to make the absolute most out of every day in 2016, not take anything for granted and go for things that I may have been too shy or unconfident to try before. 2016, bring it on.

My 2016 Bucket List

  • Continue  my weight loss, get to a healthy BMI and a total of 100 pounds lost.

  • Draft my kids book.

  • Attend a blog event like Britmums Live.

  • Blog for a living.

  • See my best friend and her family.

  • Spring clean the whole house.

  • Raise money for a charity.

  • Be more organised - use a diary and calendar.

  • Keep drawing and improving.

  • Keep better track of the kids special moments.

  • Get out on my rollerboots (and don't break a bone).

  • Have a night out - out out.

  • Find and complete a media marketing course.

  • Spend more time with my husband, date night once a month, even if just at home with no screens.

  • Take the kids on a bus & train.

  • Redecorate our bedroom & kitchen.

Embarrassingly, I think half of those were on last year's list too - but I'll try again!
