This weekend's adventures included a visit to the Lincoln Pride event in the city center square, for the second year in a row. This is such a fun and lively event supporting the local LGBT community and with rainbows and freebies galore, kids love it too. We went as a family before it got too busy. The rainbow clad city looked beautiful in the sunshine. Here are some of our pictures from the afternoon;
Free whistles - he was so happy, we wanted to pull our ears off after about three seconds.
A was so excited seeing this 'rainbow butterfly fairy' across the river that we had to go and say hello, people should dress like this all the time.
We left as things were just getting in full swing; crowds starting to form, music getting pumped up, whistles tooting and lots of smiling, dancing and happy people of all ages.
Have a great pride day Lincolnites!
