Arts & Crafts || Prints At The Wafflemama Shop

I started my Etsy shop a couple of months ago and until now I've been trying to build up a number of prints that I felt collectively show what I'm going for. I want to produce prints with a collection of fun and colour, with some illustrations that could be used in kids rooms or fun adult spaces, as well as drawings to brighten up other areas of the home, either framed or printed on items like coasters, mugs and fabrics.

At present I have 37 print downloads which are starting to shape up to what I had in mind. I drew a set of four sailor cartoon animals which I think would be a lovely set in a kids pirate or adventure room, as well as lots of pattern prints for something that packs a punch when framed.

I like to draw things that are a bit unusual like my 'party animals' in party hats, as well as more traditional art like my sunflower and cactus prints. I'm currently working on an A-Z set too, with images relating to each letter and love drawing things that are seasonal such as the pineapple for some summer colour.

As well as the cartoon style prints, I've added a selection of more simple drawings and paintings, mostly with a seaside theme as I love anything nautical. The blue lobster is my all time favourite and having framed the crab, it looks great once it's mounted and hung in a frame!

So I currently have my 37 prints and I'm pretty happy with how it's shaping up and feeling more confident to promote my work and hopefully start getting some sales. Prints are currently only available for download while I work out the best way to print and work out what paper will be best for quality and showing true colours. Each print is £2.40 to download and print from home, send to printers or make your own cards with, so I'm hoping they'll appeal to other people that like a splash of colour and fun on their walls without a hefty price tag.
