The New You Plan - Week One Update!

As you may have read in my recent post, I am currently trialling the New You Plan for review, over a period of two weeks. The diet is a very low calorie diet (vlcd), but all worked out to be a safe and effective way to lose weight for those with a lot to lose like myself.

I'll start off with the bit you probably all want to know - how much did I lose? Well... Since my first weigh in and starting the diet last Monday, I lost a whopping 10.5lbs, which believe it or not is nearly half what some other ladies lost in week one! 

As I was already reasonably healthy with most my food choices, I hadn't expected such a big loss so I am super pleased with this result. This has given me a big boost which I really needed. I will be writing a full review at the end of week two so I won't spoil it too much. I have had highs and lows but with a result like that I am unsurprisingly pretty eager to smash this next week and make the best of this opportunity.
