I was tagged recently by the lovely Lena from forayintofashion.com, for the '11 Random Things' tag post. Here are my answers to the questions set by Lena.
1. Who would play you in a film of your life?
Oh god. I'd like to say someone young and beautiful, but realistically probably Vanessa Feltz or someone like that.
2. If you could live in any soap, which would it be and why?
Eastenders, I love it down south and I would do anything to move back there - even live in a murderful place full of angry weirdos!
3. If you could change one trait about yourself which would it be?
Anxiety - it's so irritating and impossible to control.
4. What is your day job and would you give it up to write full-time if offered the opportunity?
I'd give it up to write a shopping list let alone my blog! Since having children I started working in a supermarket. I hate it - mainly as I work evenings and I am too tired and miss weekend time with my husband.
5. What do you not like about blogging?
I love blogging and I would like to make it into a job that brings in a small income (so I can leave work). The only thing I don't like though, is how complicated a lot of it is like the rules, HTML codes, 'no follow' links etc etc - it's so complicated and takes lots of reading when I just want to write!
6. What has been the happiest day of your life so far?
The days my children were born in equal measure but the day my eldest came to hospital to meet his new sister was just amazing.
7. Do you play any sports?
No I don't, I have always been unhealthy and over weight and never very active apart from dance classes as a kid! I am on a health quest now and might try some exercise but I doubt it'll be sport unless I can persuade someone to play tennis with me or go mountain biking with my husband.
8. What is your favourite item of clothing?
My favourite item of clothing is my new leather look jacket from Primark!
9. if you wrote a book would it be fact or fiction?
Fiction - I love making up stories with my son and being silly. I don't have the patience to sit and look up facts etc or know enough about any one subject.
10. Who is your favourite person from history?
My favourite person from history is probably my Nanna! I can't think of a specific famous person but my Nan was ace and really missed.
11. Which colour means the most to you and why?
I am always drawn to duck egg blue as a colour, I don't really know why - I just love it and its really calming. I love the seaside so maybe thats why I love blues.
